Convert swf to mp4
Convert VCD to MPG Extract MPEG files: Pop the cd into a computer open up the cd. Navagate to the MPEGAV folder. You should see something like AVSEQ01.DAT. If you rename that to an AVSEQ01.mpg it should play in mplayer / VLC.
